Reminder: Private Mortgages Course and Continuing Education
A quick reminder about both the Private Mortgages Course and Continuing Education requirements to renew your license. You should already have received an email about this in mid-December, but to review the essentials:
All agents and brokers must take a continuing education course through MPC, CMBA, or REMIC. We cannot relicense you unless you’ve done so.
All Level 2 Agents and Brokers must complete the Private Mortgages Course and pass the exam before renewal in order to maintain their current status. If the course is not completed, you’ll revert to a Level 1 agent and have to start the process over again.
