FSRA’s new draft suitability guidelines

FSRA recently released draft suitability guidelines - these are currently under review, but likely will be adopted soon. They impact not only the forms you’ll be using for compliance (we’re working on those, more to follow in a future update), but will also inform the way you work with your clients.

We recommend taking the time to at least read through this important document and start looking at how you want to position yourself going forward.
