We are pleased to announce that Marie Illerbrun has joined FC Funding as our new Principal Broker and VP of Compliance. With 37 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Marie brings a wealth of knowledge to our brokerage. 

Marie has previously served as the Principal Broker and Founder at Motivva Mortgages and held a key role as President of Operations and Principal Broker at HCSI (now FC Funding) for 10 years. Her extensive experience also includes 22 years as a mortgage professional with RBC where she led the development of a mortgage and sales program. 

Marie has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Chairman’s Club Award and DLC’s Elite Hall of Fame Award, demonstrating her excellence in the industry.

We are confident that Marie's extensive experience and unwavering commitment to compliance will foster long term success for our agents. Her proven track record in maintaining high standards and supporting her team ensures that our agents will have the guidance and resources they need to thrive.
