Renewing Your License

1 - Complete your required course(s). All agents/brokers need to take the Continuing Education course before we can renew their license; anyone wishing to maintain Level 2 agent or Broker status also needs to complete the Private Mortgage Course.

*Please, complete this step as early as possible and send proof of completion to James or Susel*

2 - Pay the renewal fee. The relicensing fee was added to your March invoice. We need you to pay this before we can proceed. If you didn't see your invoice come through or have questions, reach out ASAP.

Once steps 1 and 2 are complete; we'll initiate an email from FSRA's Licensing Department. You'll need to click on the link and fill out the information they are requesting. It takes no more than a few minutes to do, but we can't proceed unless you do so.

Once you've completed those steps, we'll submit your renewal to FSRA for their review and approval.

Just a reminder, the last day your license is active is March 31, 2024. However, that weekend is also Easter Weekend, which means that we can't be waiting until the last minute to get your renewal application submitted. The earlier you're able to get all the steps completed, the smoother the process will be. If you have questions, please reach out and we'll help resolve any issues you might have.
