Job Overview:
We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy professional to join our team in London, Ontario as an Administrative Coordinator. As an Administrative Coordinator at FC Funding, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our team and fostering a collaborative and engaging workplace!

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars and schedules, including arranging lunches, dinners, and office activities.

  • Handle phone calls, cheque deposits, and ordering office supplies.

  • Support onboarding new team members and maintain organized records.

Agent and Team Support:

  • Assist with agent sign-ups and seamless onboarding processes.

  • Keep team details up to date, including preferences for shirts and gifts.

  • Set up and manage CRM campaigns for prospective agents.

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and organize agent engagement activities.

Social Media & Marketing Support:

  • Engage with LinkedIn and Instagram using company accounts to enhance visibility.

  • Help coordinate and manage creative campaigns to engage agents and clients.

Event & Sponsorship Coordination:

  • Plan and schedule sponsorship-related activities like quarterly meetings.

  • Organize team events and lunches to strengthen collaboration and morale.

General Office Coordination:

  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-stocked, efficient, and welcoming workspace.
